Designed specifically for an individual collision facility, this class assesses its operation and makes specific recommendations to help improve on the efficiency of its collision process.

The name “Keys to Keys” refers to a concentrated look at the amount of time it takes for a vehicle to be repaired…from the time the keys are dropped off, to the time they are picked up by the customer.

This course is most effective with total shop participation and it’s traditionally held over the span of a weekend. Within this scope, the course promotes cross communication between departments, which helps to identify and resolve problematic issues.

The course also involves breaking down each person’s job responsibility and how the successful and efficient completion of each job is interconnected. Fully implemented, this class helps to identify areas of improvement cross-functionally, and it increases business productivity for the entire organization.
